The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program equips students with competencies needed in the execution of operational tasks and management functions in the hospitality industry that covers food production (culinary), lodging, beverage service, event planning, transportation, travel, and other emerging sectors. Students are trained to produce and deliver food products that adhere to enterprise standards, perform and maintain various housekeeping services for guest and facility operations, plan and implement a risk management program to ensure a safe and secure workplace, manage operations seamlessly, and provide food and beverage services following industry standards.
